Consultant secondment
This facility offers you the opportunity to have a full time Project Manager seconded to your organisation. He/she will ensure that the day to day minutiae are attended to during a complex project, whether it involves complete office relocation or an internal reorganisation following mergers and acquisitions.
The introduction of new equipment on either a new site or in your existing building can be a difficult period and having an Interim Manager who is fully conversant with the detail will help with the tactical implementation of the project. This may only require one or two days a week at the start, but as completion of the project nears, situations inevitably arise and having an experienced on-site consultant taking responsibility will prove invaluable.
