Q. How are you Independent?
A. We do not supply equipment, we supply advice on what to buy, how to buy it and who to buy it from.
Q. What markets do you specialise in?
A. We have wide experience in the Private Sector, Local Government and Educational sectors.
Q. Do you cover data issues?
A. Yes. Voice and Data communications have converged and one should not be considered without reference to the other. Whether your question is about VoIP, CTI, UM or basic infrastructure, we will provide the answers as well as project assurance and guidance.
Q. Why do we need an Independent Telecom Consultant?
A. Time & experience. Time is the most valuable commodity available for running a business. It is not always that our clients are unable to do what is needed, it is that they cannot afford the time to do it; we supply that time. Alternatively, it may be that you want the job done by someone who has done it before and do not have that experience in house.
Q. Even if we have our own Telecom department?
A. Yes. Your own in-house experts will be occupied fully with the minutiae of the day to day running of communications. And when change is needed, or a decision is made to implement a project, we can bring to the table a wide variety of experience and views from the whole spectrum of our client base.
Q. How are you paid?
A. Our services are fee based and depend upon time taken for a project, they are not commission based.
Q. Can you provide full-time consultancy?
A. Yes. We can second a consultant to you for any period of time.
Q. How will I see the benefit of using an Independent Consultant?
A. We exist to save you time and money. We negotiate better deals through our knowledge of the market place. We help implement efficient strategies with the dual objective of minimising your overheads while optimising your Voice, Data & CRM Communication requirements.
Q. What happens if we don't have a big project but do have lots of niggling little problems? Can you sort them out?
A. Yes. Often it is a case of a few calls to the right people and chasing items that require attention. But it comes back to that answer again - Time!
