Solution design, procurement and implementation management of three NEC NEAX telephone systems across an IP VPN WAN, with centralised voicemail, management and logging facilities. Advice on CRM strategy, installation of IP extensions at remote offices connected over IP VPN.
Solution design and management of WAN across 13 sites in Central London using 10Mbit LES circuits in resilient ‘petal’ topology. Ongoing projects include management of replacement voice network, using Avaya S8500 and S8700 Media Server with VoIP across the WAN.
Preparation of process maps, strategic report and specification for contact centre solution, incorporating MacFarlane CallPlus call centre, Northgate Information Systems CRM solution and Right Now knowledge management system. These were integrated onto the existing Ericsson MD110 PABX, which Spink Telecom Consultants Ltd helped to procure and project manage some years before.
