Solution design, procurement and implementation management of Cisco Unified Call Manager during a major office relocation combining voice and data infrastructure, unified voicemail, call centre and management facilities. Total number of extensions approximately 500.
4. Chichester District Council
Ongoing project to redesign voice and data networks, starting by migrating the existing flat LAN onto a more efficient, faster subnet solution, capable of supporting QoS for the next phase – a migration to converged IP telephony.
5. HCA International - Largest US Private Healthcare Company
Design and project management of a networked Avaya Media Server solution across six Central London private hospitals to form a single logical system of approximately 2000 extensions. This included WAN specifications and implementation management for approximately 35 LAN extension circuits in a highly resilient topology.
